Lee Chadwick

CEO – Spotler Group
Originally from Yorkshire, Lee is the CEO of Spotler Group and is all about squeezing the maximum out of any opportunity. He is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations, the vision for product strategy and market positioning while working closely with our private equity owners on strategic acquisitions.

He has years of experience and comes from a series of successful software companies in the Telecoms and Customer Service sectors with international roles developing new markets and building teams from multiple cultures and backgrounds. The most recent and relevant success was CommuniGator (now Spotler UK), originally a UK based ESP but successfully transforming into a Marketing Automation provider before being purchased in 2018 by CNBB and joining the Spotler Group.

Although not as often, he still likes ‘getting his hands dirty’ with client strategies to make sure our technology is producing the right outcomes. You might find him on the golf course. Or riding his bike. But ALWAYS on his emails.
